Tesla Model Y Experience

Very good driving experience Very good user interface Minimalist design But, Didn't come with charging cable. You may buy one from Tesla for $200. Didn't come with mud flaps splash guard. You may buy just the front mud flaps from Tesla for $40. Didn't come with garage door opener. You may purchase and get it installed for $350. Didn't come with a front number plate attached but came with a mount separately that requires attaching to the front. Some may like the front look without the number plate. So this may not be an issue for many. Didn't come with sunglass holder. It is inconvenient to open the right door with left hand and left door with right hand Head feels warmer than rest of the body, when high temp outside. You may buy roof shade from Tesla for $120. Bumpy ride (may get better over time) Uncomfortable seat (Got better over time) No quick way to open glovebox. But one good thing is it has passcode lock option No Apple car play / Android auto (One extra step...

How to maintain India phone number in USA

There are many ways to maintain an Indian phone number in the USA I will describe how I maintain Indian phone number for $2 a month in USA. I got JIO Sim in India. Added international pack Rs. 1102. Activated international roaming before leaving India. I was able to make calls using the Indian Sim during the initial days until the international roaming pack is valid. After the initial validity expires, recharge for Rs. 1559 (336 days). This comes to around Rs.140 per month. This is less than $2 per month. Also, after the initial validity of international roaming expires, even though you recharge for yearly plan, you will need to top up to make calls / receive calls /send sms. I have topped up for Rs. 40. I have been making a call or sms once every couple of months just to be safe. When ever the top up balance drops below 20, I top up more. Adding top up and making calls every few days/months may not be needed. I have been doing this out of doubt that the sim might get disabled due to n...
